Is it possible to return my order?
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, Sinuvia is classified as a personal hygiene product.
Once the Sinuvia device has been opened, used, or inserted into the nose, it cannot be returned, even within the 100-day return period.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The product has been opened and used inside the nose
The nasal tips show signs of use
The hygiene seal or original protective packaging has been removed
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once used.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Sinuvia device arrives defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
Your order number
A clear photo or video showing the defect
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our warranty policy.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process.
Send an email to: info@sinuvia.com
Make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage
First name + last name of the customer
Address of the customer
We will then speak to you and give you the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
